Guided relaxation for adults
You must be at least 18 to create an account. InnerCalm offers self-guided relaxation for everyday wellbeing. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or a professional care relationship. AI-generated scripts can be unsuitable or inaccurate. Read the entire script before approving a recording and use your judgment about whether to continue.
Listen only in a safe place where you can rest. Do not listen while driving, operating equipment, or doing anything that needs your full attention. You can stop at any time. If a session causes distress, stop using it. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support.
Your account
Choose a username and a strong passphrase. Keep your passphrase and recovery code private. Your recovery code is the way to reset a forgotten passphrase; we do not collect an account email or send reset emails. Do not share an account or use another person's account without permission.
Submit only information you have permission to provide. Do not upload medical records or another person's private information. You remain responsible for the information you submit. You give us permission to process it and use the service providers described in the privacy notice to create, store, and deliver the sessions you request.
Free recordings and the free allowance
The public library is free to listen to without an account. Accounts receive the personalized recording allowance shown in the library. The allowance renews each UTC calendar month. Session lengths are approximate targets, and actual recording length can differ with the voice and pauses.
A new personal session reserves one recording from your allowance. You review the generated script before audio is made. A failed generation restores its recording allowance. Script attempts have a separate limit to prevent repeated requests from exhausting the free service. The service also has a shared monthly limit. Deleting a completed recording does not restore its allowance.
No payment information is required for the current free service. We may change future allowances or introduce paid options. Any charge or paid sharing permission will be stated before you agree to it. Creating multiple accounts or automating requests to bypass limits is prohibited. Authorized testing that respects the limits is welcome.
Permission to use scripts and recordings
We grant you permission to listen to, read, and download the free library and your free personalized scripts and recordings for your own personal, noncommercial use. This permission applies to the script text as well as the audio. It does not give you exclusive ownership of AI-generated material.
You may share a link to the public InnerCalm library or a public session page. You may not redistribute the free recording files or scripts, upload them to streaming or social platforms, use them commercially, or sell them. You may not represent InnerCalm's content as your own.
If a future paid purchase explicitly includes sharing rights, those rights will allow the private, noncommercial sharing described at purchase. Resale remains prohibited. No paid sharing permission applies to the current free service.
These permissions apply to the rights InnerCalm is able to grant. AI-generated outputs may resemble other outputs, and we do not promise that each output is unique or qualifies for copyright protection. You keep any rights you already have in the information you submit.
Fair use of the service
Do not try to access someone else's recordings, break account security, evade usage limits, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the service. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us.
Availability and your recordings
We aim to keep saved recordings available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, a specific result, or permanent storage. Download recordings you want to keep. You can export account information and delete your account from the library. Deleting an account removes access to its saved sessions and cannot be undone through the website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every need or be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it.
Changes
We will publish updated terms here with an effective date. Material changes to an existing account's rights will be explained before they take effect where required. New paid features will have clear prices and permissions before purchase.
